| Jeep Build up
Well, I am getting closer to getting my Jeep back on the trails, its been sitting at the shop waiting for some upgrades to arrive for a while now, end of Jan. Thus I thought I would share some pic's of the process. Enjoy.
1st day home: Last year June as I recall:
Just after Lift kit was put on
Current location in shop getting some upgrades: Look at that flex.
This one shows the new oil pan and new starter among other things.

Those where the main delay as they where custom built to fit the Jeep. At the same time, i had the SYE put in, new oil pan( was dented), they have to run the ARB lines and switches. So not really that much but they kept it on site incase the axle guys had questions on measurements etc. Should be nice when i get it back...

hehe sounds like me, I am the type of person that will go to a parts store looking for a valve stem and somehow end up with a new vehicle out of the deal :-)

I was wondering if you were going to mention the Pro Rock that I saw hanging off those arms. Good lookin stuff boss. You should be real happen when you get that back.

IMO you won't get the full potential out of the axles. This is coming from a guy that has wheeled the SH!T out of my jeep with the same short arms that you have. With just doing long arms on my jeep I did alot better on the same trails. Plus you will love the 100% ride quality upgrade of long arms. Its worth the $

-Tom | I did think about the long arm upgrade, but decided to wait and see how this did, as the long arms are a point of no return when you hack the frame mounts away. Plus I like the short arms vs the longer ones that hang down and seem to get hung up on rocks etc. But time will tell, if I don't like how it works I will rethink the long arm.

you know you're gonna do the long arm....it's inevitable. the jeep build up is an endless process that always leads to mods you probly never intended...hence the walking in the upgrade 30/44 and walking out with 60's.

I keep hearing the road ride is great and off road is a bit better, but mine gets trailed and my drives consist of sunday's with the top down. So who knows what will happen with Jeep number 7.
