New TJ missing hardtop wiring harness

Hi all,
I just sold my 98' standard and bought a 98' auto Wrangler.
The new one was never wired for a hardtop from the factory.
I kept my hardtop for the new jeep.

How big of a job is it to install the switches and wiring harness myself?
Is it just a plug and play connection under the dash?
Where could I find a full harness setup? How about the switches?

I might be able to convince the new owner to let me have the harness from the Jeep I sold to him. Is it worth all the trouble for that?

Thanks!

I might as well not have a harness.. Nothing back there works.. All fuses and wiring looks ok tho...

JWM: Did you check the switches in the lower dash?
Did you check power at the plug right at the connection to the top? If you have power at the connection there, then it must be something in the top.
Do you have a friend with a Jeep that you could test your roof on?

Yeah. I will have to look a little more. I just tested the power at the rear with a multi-meter and it's all dead. But the fuses are ok. I have some more playing to do when I put it back on this fall.

I almost got one for my hardtop but it's just a wiper.
