I know we are all not to happy with rough country but I was wondering is the X series any better than the II series?

I believe the only differance is that the X-series has adjustable control arms.

What would need to be changed if I go from a 4" to a 6" Is a extended driveshaft and slip yolk all I would need extra?

6" with short arms? That´s way too much IMO. The CAs are way too steep then.

I would recommend only a long arm lift if you want to go higher than 4-5".

For a short arm lift? Nothing. Six inches is way too much for short arms.

What size tires are you planning on running and what type of wheeling do you do?

I barely do any wheeling but just a little mud here and there..I have 35" tires...I have a 4" but I want to upgrade since its the rough country kit..Im really looking for a 4-6" lift...Obviously the higher the better and the lower the better thats why I chose RC as my first lift

Are you having clearance problems right now with your 4" kit?

If you really want more lift you could always add a 1" BL in addition to the kit you have right now. Or if you want to replace the RC then take a look at Rubicon Express or Currie. They both make good suspensions and you could still do the 1" BL for additional clearance.

I just ordered my lift last night from Dirk. MAN that guy knows his stuff.
He talks to ya for awhile and finds out what you want from your jeep and sets the kit up just for your jeep so no kit is the same.
I got the ultimate kit.

Might want to check him out. Ask around the boards about his lifts and im sure you will find out that everyone will agree.
