Don't rightly know of anything that I have ever used. My windows are pretty scratched up. I have been lucky enough to get a hold of a few replacement pairs over time for free.

I bought some plastic polish at one of the chain stores. It got some of the small scratches out, but it takes alot of elbow grease. I think they work by actually filling in the scratches. Although I haven't tried it myself, I hear from lots of people that the Novus stuff really works. I guess mine aren't bad enough to justify the cost + time + effort.

I got some stuff from the dealer, Jeep or Mopar scratch remover I think it was called, was $10 give or take. Decent at removing smaller stuff and some of the haze, on the bigger stuff not as good.

One other thing - whatever you use, don't be tempted to use a buffer on them. You can literaly melt the plastic.

I used the Novak stuff a few times (still have half bottles of everything in my garage) and really liked the difference that it made. It totally removed the haze that forms on the plastic windows, and did a really nice job on the smaller scratches. It didn't remove the larger scratches, but I wasn't really that patient with it either, it only got one treatment, so it may work if a little more time and effort is used. I would definitely recommend this product though. You can purchase it through any of the large catalog companies (Quadratec, Acme, 4 Wheel Parts, etc.)

I had the same problem and I tried this. It worked really well. (I don't have the buffer, just did it by hand.) I truly was amazed!

Haze on plastic windows is, more often than not, caused by nothing more than using paper towels to clean them. Paper towels are made from pulverized wood products and they leave tiny scratches every time they are used. Eventually, paper towels leave a haze on plastic windows that ultimately turns them opaque or yellow.

When windows are dirty, the only thing you can safely use on them are soft fabrics like old soft cotton towels, cloth diapers, t-shirts, etc. Rinse the dirt off first, then use soap and water. Only wipe them when the dirt is rinsed off.

To get scratches out, use a multi-step plastic window polish that starts off coarse for scratches and ends up with a very fine polish to return the sparkle to them. Meguiars and Novus are two good brands of multi-step kits. Lots of work to get scratches and haze out, it's better to avoid things that scratch them... like paper towels, laying them on top of each other when dirty, etc.
