wiring issues.....

i'm wiring a stereo system and i dont know which wire to tap into for the remote wire that runs to the amp...anyone know? i kinda need to know asap THANX!!!!

is it a stock head unit or after market? if its new head unit its the blue wire with the white stripe on it. if its the factory head unit than i have no idea.

You can run it to any wire that turns off with the ignition, like the igntion wire. I went the cheap way and tapped into the radio fuse in the back of the fuse panel behind the glove box.
