Best shop in East Tn, North Alabama or North Georgia.

I'm looking for the best. I'm new to jeeps but really enjoying Windrock in Tennessee. I'm looking to upgrade wheels tires lift bumpers and a winch. My 2 local shops are giving me mixed messages. One i think is more interested in mall crawling versus rock crawling, the other is scratching there head every question. So who is the best in the tristate area or beyond. Thanks in advance for responses.
