the sand and mud pit is just before the kids park on gulf beach highway in perdido, small trail runs through some trees back into it. You can go down blue angel parkway towards the back entrance of the base and before you get to the big church on the right there are some power poles that run west, a trail can be seen going underneath
Hey guys... Find anyone else from the area? I'm looking into trading my 2011 Ram 1500 Larime for a JKU and will be looking to meet up with other trail blazers!

when i say in town i should say in a week and a half. still have to graduate tech school. i left thursday. but ill be back soon. and i was hoping for more people around the gulf breeze/navarre area.
a lot of the reservation is closed for a mission along 87, but theres still some good wheeling spots.
There's a little bit of everything. Not flat at all. But a lot of hill climbs that people have made off of the trails. And the trails are windy and hilly. Really fun time.
Well in that case, I'll put more effort into getting my pass. thanks for the info. I'd prolly want to go with someone who knows the good trails, my first time out. And if anyone wants to run the Perdido River trails sometime, I know them pretty well.
I'll be home in a week and a half. I've got a few buddies that'll come out with us if they don't have to work. A lot of the trails west of 87 are closed for a mission right now. Hopefully they'll open up soon. That's where most of my experience is at. We still hit them. But, if you get caught, you're at the mercy of rich and feathers or the Jackson gaurd. East of 87 is fun, but every time I've gone I ended up in niceville. No big deal. Just gotta look at the map and get your smart phone out. Apple maps on an iPhone has all the major trails in there. It's great.
I live in jay and have a pretty cool place to go wheeling if anybody is intersted. It's in black water, it's called the sand pit but it has a Lil bit of everything.hills as well as a lot of mud holes and sand dooms. I'm trying to get a few people who r willing to go!!
