Subs and sound systems

As of now I have the stock sound system. I've been looking at getting a compact sub like the infinity bass link. Can anyone help me decide? Does anyone have one of those? It's between that or 4 new speakers and a receiver. Thanks y'all.

If you don't have a sub get one. It makes all the difference in the world, no matter the sound system...

I havent been on in a while, i replaced my entire sound system, it's absolutely incredible how different the sound is.
Alpine speakers, a Kenwood head unit, and 12 inch Kicker sub. Amazing.

Where did you put the speaker, I was thinking about doing this but I have no clue where I should put the sub.

I got a box that fit in the back behind the seat, screwed the amp to it, and then ratchet strapped it down using the hooks in the floor. Or you could put Velcro on the bottom that will stick to the carpet. Room for a grocery bag/6pack on either side, but I keep my camping and recovery gear back there and put stuff on the rear seat.
