Looking for Rhode Island Beach cruising info

Hello. Does anyone in the Rhode Island area have any info on where I can cruise on the beach with the family? Permits, accesspoints, ect. Any details would be appreciated. I live in Mass but visit RI throughout the summer. What about areas in Conn? Thx.

Here you go:RI CRMC Off-Road Vehicles

If that doesn't work just google ri beach permit.
This is what you need though:Shovel (heavy-duty or military entrenching tool).
Tow rope of chain (15 feet, load strength of 1,800 lbs., chain size-5/16" ).
Jack and support stand (minimum 18" x 18" x 5/8", plywood).
Street legal tires (4-ply tread, 2-ply sidewalls) – mud or snow tires not recommended).
Spare tire Low-pressure tire gauge (0-20 lbs.)
First aid kit (approved by Coast Guard).
Fire extinguisher (approved by the Coast Guard or Interstate Commerce Commission).
Road flares
Flashlight
