Not sure if we met or not last night PecosRiver? I am new to the group myself this was my 2nd Meet & Greet and its been kinda tough figuring out who people are, forums vrs real names. So far I have had a blast meeting everyone and finding out you guys are as crazy about your jeeps as I am LOL. Maybe we can make up some kind of "sign in list" or some thing not to formal, sign in when you arrive with your name, forum handle and and if its your 1st time. So everyone can get introduced to each other. Imo nothen worse than going to a function and not knowing anyone, kinda thought that's why we all go to these functions is to meet new, like minded people and have a good time. Not sure if any one feels the same way but this grp is pretty large and it can be hard to meet everyone. As for me I've had a fantastic time and met some very cool people. Looking forward to next month and hopefully some wheeling, Glad to be part of this madness.

Something to consider. I seem to know people by their jeep. I'm horrible with names.

You guys need to get back so we can go do some wheeling, BBQ'ing and little indulging in a some fine adult beverages. Well thats a bummer the off-road community stinks out there, but we all know Cali is a foreign country. Jk'ing.

I have gotten a little of the same feed back as well Jay. That run last Sunday went from just a few to over 10 rigs and it looked like everyone had a blast, it was great to meet some new people. Imo 10+ rigs is a great turn out on any Sunday. Our community is most defiantly awesome!

Now we just need to figure out how to get some designated trails going in this state. I read a while back in a 4 wheeler mag that Abq was something like the 4th best place to live in the US when you consider places to wheel and 4x4 shop support.
I would love to explore some old ghost town areas with the Jeep and soak up some history.

I've done some great wheeling in Santa Fe "tanktrap" dry and covered in snow is real fun but closed from time to time, Steve might know if its open currently. Socorro is a blast also, I am looking forward to a trip to Farmington area, ive heard about a few trails up there.

Let me know if you're going to make a trip up here to Farmington, I'd be happy to show you around and help out any way I can.

You need to Fly in for the Meet & Greet. We'll pick you up and drop you back off at the airport! Just make it a quick turn around, Suds & Grub then we'll throw you back on the plane!
