I saw that Jeep get called up to the front and laughed when I saw the temp tag on the back. The gold colored YJ with the LT1, 9" rear, 44 front and gobs of detail work should have taken the whole show.

If you wanna talk before you install it I did learn some stuff and would like to share. Or we can talk next Wednesday at the bar, but if you would like to do it sooner PM your phone # to me. I would highly recommend their skid.

Craigslist is a funny place to look. Someone has a harbor freight trailer that retails for about $250 but they want $675. ROTFL

Did you see the ad for the 2002 Sahara? Long list of add ons and "rare" white on white plus 3 owner history blah blah blah. Had it at 20K but finally woke up a little and dropped to 15K. Still high for a 02 but a lot closer than 20K.
Craigslist has some of the best reading you can get.

Yeah I couldn't agree more about Craigslist, there is some really crazy adds. On the other hand I have found some really good deals as well. So it can be a crap shoot to say the least. But Craigslist is free and crack heads will sell anything so you just never know.....

Tell him you know a guy that bought an 05 LJ 4"lift new 35" tires, aftermarket hardtop with sunroof and t top custom paint never been offroad for under 14K. That is not a complete out of line price but no where near a steal.
asking and getting are 2 different things. I wish him luck and hope he gets it. Much more realistic than the 20 he thought was a steal to begin with.

You missed a smoke'n deal on that 05' Rubicon a week or so back that you posted up. 15k asking price was a steal and prob could got it down a bit more but none the less it was a good buy Imo. That thing was so clean and well taken care of, Who ever bought it is a happy camper no doubt. Hope you find your rig soon.

I couldn't get there until the weekend, it was removed from CL when I went to call.

Looking at these two hopefully tomorrow.

Be careful with that 98. I emailed and had no reply.. and I also noticed that he was listing in abq and sante fe with two different sets of images and different write ups. Bit unmistakably the same jeep cause of the chicken on the antenna. It was also up about a month ago when I was looking, then disappeared for a while. Then back up again

All this could be perfectly legit, but it made me at least decide to be wary if I did loom at it.

Good luck!
