Almost pulled in front of a rice rocket yesterday

headed east on Cesar Chavez turning left on to I25, and i did not see him until I started to pull out, did I get a dirty look, but he popped up from behind this sign, I was a little farther left, so the sign blocked the far left lane coming at me.

Hey Darkfire, where did you get your towing knuckle for your trailer? I would like to upgrade my trailer to that vs a tow ball or pintle.

Hello Scampers,
Do you have a reference or map maybe of the Placitas road that takes you to the crest? I'd like to Jeep it up there on that same path with the family some time.
Thanks,
quarkdude

When you get to the end turn right on the road to go to the peak and turn left to go down the hill to what I think is 14. Then you can go south to 40 or north to Santa Fe and Madrid. I love taking the back way in the snow.

Wow, it's been like 10 years since I have been to Madrid - would be cool to go that way
