Cloudcroft

Are There any good jeep trails around cloudcroft and if so are they worth driving 280 miles for? Thanks

Coyote Canyon near Tularosa is nice, but if you are wanting a real challenge, I think you have to go to Cruces. Cloudcroft has miles of Forest Service Fire Roads, but no real Jeep trails, shame as it is beautiful, and I love to drive up the hill on a hot day.
