Intermittent headlight

Just joined the forum, looks like a wealth of information, so maybe someone can provide some direction for the problem.

I have an '08 Rubicon that that has a headlight (right side) that works when it pleases. Rarely does it come on when the lights are first turned on, and it may or may not come on after a period of time. Originally I thought the bulb was gone, so I replaced it, no change. I can see no obvious bad connections so don't know where to go from here.

Any ideas?

Fuse or relay. Had an old Toyota that used a square relay with the clear top. It blew just enough to barely touch so it seemed like a bad wire elsewhere. I used to just pinch it back together.
