JKU pulling rear seat

Has anyone pulled the rear seat? Is there something special about pulling the bolts on the seat back? I can not get them to loosen, can't get a wrench in there long e ought to break loose the bolts, any help.

On another note, someone stole the spare tire from my pickup :-(, ass holes
