In Santa Fe at the Lithia dealership. I would as for the service manager if you didn't buy there and you want to talk about the mods.

I only mention them because they mods new Jeeps to sell on the floor and always have a couple in stock.

Casa adds a lot of mods to their jeeps so I can't imagine that they would be jerks. If they do, whip out the Magnuson-Moss Act on them.

Ask for Steve at Casa Jeep, he's the service manager, if it's a warranty item he will give you his opinion on if it can be warrantied. If it's a questionable repair, I think he will work with the Chrysler rep in getting it covered if possible. All warranty repairs have to be approved before the work or the dealer will not get paid from Chrysler.
If it's work you need he will go over the details on how it can effort the warranty.

Thanks for the info...I think my water pump is starting to make noise, from what I've read it's common to the 2012+ and I know the lift or oversize tires won't cause the WP to go out, just don't want any hassle

from my conversations with Casa, I would be shocked if they gave you a hassle with that.

If Casa doesn't work, contact Brandon at Larry H Miller. He has taken care of me multiple times!
