Need Help with a buddies Jeep

So long story short.. my buddy i used to work with wants to get his jeep all fixed up...

1st issue death wobble-- he has had more than a few.. so my advise was since he has had DW so many times as to replace track bar ball joints and tie rods. not sure how many times he had DW but more than 10 im sure. and im pretty sure hes prob damaged just about all those parts.

2nd anyone selling any old/used parts that they are upgrading out of let me know, lift kits etc.

3rd E-brake cable? not sure he just mentioned it didnt work.

so any help in those areas would be great! and most likely a wrenching bbq again.. only this time i wont take the beer and burgers!

Need the specifics, year, what has he already done etc. etc. The more details the better.
