Newbie from Albuquerque, NM 2002 Wrangler Sport Rock Crawler/Daily Driver (PICS)

Hello to all New Mexico Wrangler people,
I just picked up a 2002 Wrangler Sport Rock Crawler and Daily driver
I am here in Albuquerque and am new to the Offroad scene but ready to hits some trails - just don't know really where they are at. I have gone to 9 mile hill but that is about it. The Jeep I picked up is pretty beasty, but actually drives very nice for what has been done to it. Here are a few pics of it, let me know what you guys think
Thanks, quarkdude

Nice Rig.. Congrats!! Hope to see you on the trail. If you have a chance there is a Meet & Great 1st Wed's of every month at Twin Peaks. Its a very nice family friendly social gathering of Jeepers. Give ya a chance to meet fellow Jeepers. Check out the thread.

Hello JT Ripper,
Wow! That was a cool video of the Puerco. Wouldn't mind taking the family out there sometime. I'm off on the weekends so Maybe a Saturday would be a good day to go. My setup has a Dana 44 custom front axle with 5.38 gears and Eaton E-locker. The rear has a Dana 60 RockJock Currie custom built axle with 5.38 gears by G2 and and Eaton E-locker. Custom built Front and rear drive shafts by Arizona Driveshafts. The tub is sitting on a 4" Teraflex long arm lift with belly up skid plates. 1" Body lift and a 1" Engine lift. All running on Super Swamper IROK 37" tires. There is tubular armor all around the Jeep (Hey, no more door dings in Albuquerque ). There is so much more that has been done to this Jeep the list is really long. I look forward to meeting you guys some time for a Trail run.
Thanks for the great welcome,
quarkdude

Hello Big-T,
Thanks for the comments on the "Monster Jeep"
My family and I would really like to go to Fossil Hill in the Puerco sometime. My daugters would love to see the different fossils in the rock - be like a science field trip for them . I looked at some maps on how to get to fossil hill but feel it would be better to go with some experienced Jeepers that have gone out in that area before. I have seen some video's of Jeep running up Snoopy hill - looks like fun to me.
Thanks, quarkdude

What time do you guys like to go out to the Puerco on Sunday? I go to church from 10:00 to 11:00, might be able to go after that.

Most of the time it's early, it gets hot out there. My philosophy is this: I would much rather be in my Jeep thinking about god, than in church thinking about my Jeep. I do not want to start a religious discussion, you do what you like to do and I'm sure nobody will have an issue with that.

I'll talk to my wife and see if maybe we can go at 6:30pm to church and keep the morning open.
What time in the morning are you guys going to go? Do you meet up at the base of the dirt bike hill there or somewhere on Southern?
Thanks, quarkdude

Thanks for the welcome kenb1023,
I went with a few members of the group TJ, Bob and a couple of others and did some obstacles at the Rio Puerco with them - got up the Waterfall without winch help - TJ put up a video of it on the New Mexico area here.
