Hahaha I know what you mean, it gets to damn expensive after a while. I guess we can keep it to getting stuck, much cheaper than breaking parts.

yes i do, track a Honda S2000 for many years, my #1 rule was to drive it home. Did that every time but once, when 2 rods in the engine let go, it was explosive.

The Jeep is for traveling around the country and exploring, so breaking things will not be good

I know that feeling, I used to roll in a tt z32, two engines gone to waist one tranny, and the rear end. Fixed it and sold it. With all the money I had in that car I could have easily had my self a fully built jeep crawler, with extra parts laying around ha.

Mine was originally a daily, but then I found more excitement getting off the pavment. And the list of parts I want/need are stacking up again. "Just Empty Every Pocket" right! great meaning for a jeep.

Dean at RCV is awesome. They are going back today. Paul let me borrow a set of stock axle shafts until they get back. They are going to rebuild/replace the broken side. They are gonna take the short side apart to inspect it. I may have to pay to replace the star cage on the short side. Either way, they are taking care of me.
