I'm in +2 (the kiddos) - the wife is out of town.

Is the verdict to bring our own food (and beer of course)?

Let me know if there is anything else I can help with...

I am in as well. I talked with Paul today, and we are gonna meet up that morning to run a few of the trails prior to the cookout. If anyone wants to join, you are welcome.

+1, thanks Fred!!

So, as far as food goes....I assume we are doing the pot luck?

I plan on bringing a bag of coals, meat to grill for my fam, drinks for my fam, and a side dish to share with the group. Is the plan to bring a side dish or desert to share?

Yes the plan is for everyone to bring a side dish to share with the group and a meat product for your family. Plus beer of course, the idea was brought up to buy a keg from marble or la cumbera who would be interested in this idea

What time are people going up ahead of the BBQ? Also, are there any major drop offs right around the camp ground? I will have my grandson and he is faster than me.

No drop offs. It's a nice open area for kids.
I'll have my 2 girls plus their friend. It should be kid crazy.
.......
Fred I'm in for the keg $ wise. When do you need the funds?

Thanks Dog! It will be my daughter, my grandson, myself and possibly my son. I will donate to the keg fund for a beer.

For those that wanna play on the trails before meeting at the campground at 11:00, we will meet at Smith's on the southeast corner of Tramway and Central at 8:30 that morning. We will depart from the parking lot no later than 9:00 for the trails.

I'm going to try and talk the wife into it. She will have to drive. That's a tuff one for me to let someone drive my jeep.
