Trails with good mudding

I'm new to New Mexico living in portales. Air Force. Anyone kno some good trails for some good mudding up around here?

There's no mud unless we get a lot of rain.. Not likely, but the fire road in tijeras can get pretty boggy...

Yea, kind of need rain to make mud and not a whole lot of it the near future.
