One trick pony with that armbar. Your right Holly would run thru her.

The thing with Rhonda is she makes no secret about how she's gonna win, all of her opponents know how she is gonna beat them and they still can't do much about it. I think they don't get as many KO's because they have thick skulls.

I don't think so, the tib/fib breaks are probably the most common - kinda like snapping a D35. A new set of ChroMo parts and he will be back in no time. If they're somewhat clean breaks what they like to do is put a plate on either side of the bone and bolt it together. Maybe there's something new but that was always presented as an option to me, I was lucky enough to never have any hardware installed.

Oh, how 'bout that Armbar? lol.

But he's 38 now...he won't come back to fighting form in under a year, probably 2 I'd bet. That puts him touching 40. He's done as a fighter.

I think he will be back. New cro mo parts and those leg kicks will be as devastating as ever. Long road ahead.

What about the "Real Deal"? He's like 50 and still fighting.
