Anyone know of places to wheel in the panhandel?

My brother lives up in the panhandel (dalhart) and I make trips to see him everynow and again. I was just wondering if anybody knows of anywere within a few hours drive to to take him and his son off the pavement.

Nope he is referring to the Red River, the boundary between Oklahoma and Texas. It is the only River basin in Texas that you can offroad in legally.
