I was stationed in San Antonio a long time ago and found that Camp Bullis has some really great dirt roads and off road tracks. You might have to get permission now, but I used to stop by and hang with the MP's and range control on the weekends before exploring. As long as you don't disturb any training, there shouldn't be a problem. But thinks might have changed since the 90's too.

Well, its funny wickedyj95 mentioned devils den...i used to take my CJ out there all the time...it was pretty good. Not sure if we can still get in, last time i was there was when i was stationed here in 97. Looking forward to meeting up and seeing a few jeeps in a row. I am not sure either about how far live oak buffalo wild wings is from nw austin, i can tell you that the place we are meeting is in north SA. Anybody got any info on San Antonio Jeeps Exclusive? Just saw it online, looks like a jeep club here.

ya know i did some asking around about devils den and was told that they are ticketing and or arresting and impounding rigs that are found out there , and thats if you can even get into the area its all cabled off and they have huge boulders which proly wouldnt stop most of us from trying but i would like to keep my rig ! Lol

i spoke to my buddy and hes coming also with his jeep. trying to get some other people to come. it will look bad ass to see a bunch of jeeps lined up at buffalo wild wings. i'm also pretty exited about this , it's good to talk to others about a common interest like jeeps. i have buddy's that just talk about my wife's evolution and how fast it goes. tired of hearing of how fast a car goes and rather hear what could a jeep go over. i know my son prefers to ride in the jeep and always convinces me to ride the dirt roads.well hope all you guys enjoy your jeep as i do. will see you guys on the third:dance:

well the time is up to when you feel like showing i think im gonna be there about 5:30 everyone else said they prefered 6 . i was just concerned for everyone that works the 9-5 job it would give them time to get there . im sure a day like sat or sunday would be better for the ones that have weekends off so at this meeting we can work all of that out.

Well we need a time from everyone that they can show . Or should we push it to sat or Sunday

Unfortunately you are never going to pick a time that is good for everyone. To many different schedules, so I would keep it at 6 pm fri the 3rd see who shows up for the first meeting. Once we all meet we can maybe make it a monthly event., plan some trail rides, and so on.... I know I'll be at first meeting and a friend on here that drives a JKU is also suppose to come too.
