The parts I didn't photograph were even better, this is my favorite trail that I've been on since I've been in El Paso. There were 47 vehicles in total I believe so it was quite the spectacle.

Here's a video covering a couple of the obstacles on the coyote canyon trip. My jeep is at 4:00 and 12:30. 12:30 was the only spot i couldn't get over all day, but isn't where I bashed my driveshaft. I do feel better that only a couple of the jeeps made it over the 12:30 obstacle and they were all running 35's or greater.

My factory rear uppers are fine. Since I need to replace my rear drive shaft I decided it was time to upgrade to a cv style drive shaft... Which means a sye for the transfer case. Then to get the pinion angle right for the cv ds I need the rear uppers. Once i set my pinion angle correct my shocks are going to bind so i am going to install some shock extension brackets on the axel. Once all that is done I can remove my transfer case drop that I had to put on with my 4" lift. At the same time I do that I have to replace a nutsert on the transfer case skid plate that is spinning in the frame. While I have the skid plate off it is time for a transmission fluid change as well.

So an expensive, but fun weekend is in my near future.

Ah, gotcha. Well at least you have a locker up there now. i am still amazed by how much difference it made when i put mine in.

What rear axel do you have to run the 35's on? I want to upgrade to 35's eventually but I don't want to do it while I still have a Dana 35 in the rear.

Welding is something I have always wanted to learn how to do. I am going to have to figure it out by the time I decide to swap in an 8.8 for the 35's.

Yup at least a 8.8 really cheap to get about 100$ depends what gears u have we can find one with the same just buy brackets for it n can run up to 35s the Dana 30 I wouldn't run more than 35s on it but I have a 44 rear n 30 front
