I would love to see someone holding our spot. But I would never camp there... I would move to the PINS to camp a little more better. But that is me. The Bowl is the "party place" is you get me.

I cant join in the festivities that night i have to work till midnight. But i might try and switch some things around and see if i can make it.

It sits in the duns. But i am sure you will find a good spot.

Was suppose to be outside of Texas this weekend, but was able to rearrange my schedule to be able to attend the Corpus Christie Event. Since will not have a Jeep again until later this year, for this year will just drop in at the end of the convey. However, the event sounds like much fun and a great learning experience.
Will look for a hotel room for the dog and myself tonight and tomorrow. As a backup, will pick up some inexpensive camping gear if no suitable hotel room.
Never been to Corpus Christie or the Texas Coast. Is this area prone to things like rip currents?
If anyone needs a hotel room to stash things like doors, contact me:
Will NOT be on Wrangler Forum.

OK peeps here is an up date... We will be going to Doc's afterwards for dinner and drinks. This is going to cost 15.00 dollars per person and includes your meal and a soft drink. But there is a cash/credit bar there. Every Jeep attending will receive 1 raffle ticket for door prizes! So lets make this a big turn out. Thanks JeepPadre!

WOW...just joined the site. Live in Corpus Christi and can't believe I missed this event. Crazy thing is I just bought my first jeep on 5/18/12 which I believe was the first day of the event. I had no idea that things like this even took place. Look forward to the next event and meeting everyone.

Buster, you can also sign up here MyJEEPforum.net
It's more Texas based and has links to events that the locals plan out.
