Galveston

Wife and I are considering a trip to Galveston. Is there areas I can take my stock JK on the beach? Can you camp on the beach (in the JK of course)? Any other ideas for the Jeep there?

Take the feiry across to crystal beach. You can drive a long ways on the beach. If you plan on doing any parking on the first few miles you will need a beach parking sticker that you can pick up at any of the stores for 10 bucks. You can camp anyplace that you want also.

Far south/west end, past Jamaica beach, right as you come to the toll bridge, take the left or right "exit". Follow path to beach and dunes.....enjoy!!!!!
