Any idea on where the next meeting should be? I pulled the trigger on my lift today, ordered the Rough Country 2.5 x comes with adjustable trac bar and control arms, and quick disconnect sway bar links. Have an appointment for June 4 but he will try to get me in there earlier. Fingers crossed. Anyway the meeting, we could do Texas Pride In Adkins(1604 and 1518), or stick with Buffalo Wild wing, or there is a Bikinis next to BWW.

It would be interesting to find out how much money is spent on mods and upgrades immediately following GTD!

If y'all ever do a meeting on the north side of SA, let me know. However, I am looking forward to the next HF run.

Some one from CC said they were planing on going to HF in June. I think it's the weekend of the 22. I was going to see if anyone in are group was going to join them. I might be able to make this trip. Also I'm doing a float on the Guadalupe this Sunday my dad is in town with his jeep and we are going up Sunday morning. If anyone wants to join let me know.

Don't worry about me, I'm willing to drive over there just giving you guys a hard time and I wouldn't want a whole group travel far just for one person. I'm down for that BBQ place along as it has some good ribs

Congrats, Mr. Cadenas! Won't be long you'll be taking your daughter to GTD.

Mine just told me that she is driving her Jeep next year - last I checked she was driving a Volvo S60. Save your money!!!!

Cadenas, congrads !!!
As part of my job designing knowledge and document information systems, many involving artificial intelligence, will be leaving San Antonio in about a week.
If I am still in SA at the time of the next meeting, will come by.
Love BBQ, but your judgment is fine.
Thank you to all who have made this assignment very enjoyable and productive.
If I do not make it down here for another assignment, will try to make it down for special events. So keep me informed.
Expect to have a Jeep down here for the next Go Topless Day!
Have fun !!!

Thanks for all that helped with the decision.
My brother Daniel left for war.
About 5 or 6 weeks later, I was in Army Engineer Officer Candidate School (OCS) on kitchen detail peeling potatoes when I got a message to call the Red Cross.
The Red Cross told me that Daniel had been killed. At first, I was told that he had been killed by an M-16 round to the back of the head. Later I was told he had been killed by a fragmentation grenade. Later I was told the details were classified.
When viewing Daniel’s body, it appeared the Army had tried to reconstruct his face with chicken wire and Plaster of Paris.
Later talking to Daniel’s widow (we still keep in occasional contact), she said that she did not recognize her husband’s body at first. It was so distorted. However, there were enough identifying features to realize it was his body.
I agreed with her decision that it was best to have a closed casket funeral.
After the funeral, returned to OCS, a school designed to not only impart technical information, but also to break people. One does not want their leaders to break in combat or under stress. Finished OCS, paratrooper school, and a few other schools along with my Tour of Duty.
Since then have occasionally wondered what happened on that battlefield and how did Daniel really die.
Due to some recent events, decided to try to find out.
One of the things I do is force things through government agencies. For example a new pharmaceutical normally takes at least five years to get approved by the Food and Drug Administration. As part of a team, can normally shorten this to two years or less. So have a good chance in dealing with the Army.

Can make it.

What is the address?

Jeep Regional Manager in Dallas says Crush and Gecko will be available for a short time for MY 2013. The two colors I am interested in. Pat from Fields thinks they will be available. General Manager for Ancida (sp) also thinks so.

Good news.
