Ink

Anyone in our group know of a good artist at a clean shop that does reasonably priced work? I'm looking to get a little jeep tattoo to cover up something I never want to look at again.

Karen slafter in Austin is awesome. I have 2 custom pieces from her. She also has a very light hand. She has won best of Austin tattoo artist 5 or 6 years in a row. she is usually booked out about a month, but well worth the wait

OCG, if you're ever up this way (DFW area), Sean @ Spookshow Tattoo (in Arlington also) has done the latest ones for me. Shop is super clean (he and his wife run it) and he's a great artist & really nice guy.

My lil green Army man (for my hubs):

and my Sailor Jerry swallow (for my kids), which is a cover up:

But, I've also heard Amillion Tattoo in Austin is a great place to go; friend of mine gets a lot of ink done there (and it's "closer" to you, hah).

I gotta have something super local unfortunately. I'm stuck in SA. It would either be the gas for the trip to those places or a tattoo

Just do some research in SA. I'm sure you'll find a good artist.
I did a lot of research before my first tat.

These guys look pretty good. They seem to have won some awards too. That's a good sign.

My daughter had her tattoo done at Fortune Brothers in San antonio. Robert did the work. She has a huge coy fish Tattoo on her right side.

They did great work, even though I wasn't too happy she had it done.

A good friend of mine owns Prick Tattoos by blossom. His name is Mario. Very well known in the tattoo industry. I have 10 yr old tattoos that look new and have never been touched up. Like everything else, cheap and forever aren't always the best combo, but he is reasonable for sure

Prick tattoo here in SA is good. If you need someone to hit SM or Austin I'm normally off during the weeks and bored. I'll take a road trip. But if we go to Austin we HAVE to hit Cabellas! Lol. Just pm me

I'm digging the fact that Prick Tattoo has two shouts here. I might take a look at them soon as these dang tires/ wheels sell
