Just moved to The Woodlands...need tires

First off let me say that I'm glad I moved here. I've been wanting to do it for years and finally did it. I have a couple questions: 1) Where is the best place to go for tires with the lowest prices and 2) Are spacers bad for the axles/suspension (do they put stress on anything from the tires being set out wider)? I want to get a set but not if they're gonna do any harm.

Thanks,
Chris
