I've tried to search for the company names, but came up empty. Not sure if that's good or bad. I'm in the market for a TJ and found some that look good in pictures at a couple specialty Jeep dealers and just want some feedback before moving to the next step. One dealer is in Grand Prairie(Specialty Autoplex/Fun Jeeps) and the other is in West Fort Worth(Just Jeeps).
I've done business with various wholesale dealers over the years and have had fairly good experiences. I'm just new to the Jeep world.
My JK is currently being repaired at Love Field Jeep and it has been absolutely horrible. The service guy refuses to call me with updates. Every time we talk seems like an inconvenience to him. He constantly tells me he is going to get back with me, which he never does. He promised me a rental car, which I still don't have. Overall experience had been less than impressive
I have no experience with those but have dealt with Holt in Arlington. Was a great experience when we bought it but I won't be returning to their service department.
Wish I could say the same about Holt. Nothing but pure incompetence with nearly every person I dealt with there. I'm still getting follow up calls asking if I'm still interested in purchasing a Jeep. They just apologize when I respond with "other than the one I just bought from you?"
Holt sucks!!! I bought my jeep from them which was a good experience. But after that they suck.. Service dept is the worse every. Not to mention they called 5 months later to tell me my plates where in, I was like I got them months ago from y'all.
OMG I'm at HOLT dealership right now getting an oil change crap!!! They better not hurt my baby or else they will see an Asian bitch cursing at somebody! $21.99 for an oil change with a coupon from their website. This dealership is not nice at all. They don't have a clear sign for Service and Parts Dept is just a counter and not even manned. I stood there waiting for someone to help me however the guy was nice and helped me. This might be my last oil change from the dealership. We will see.
It took about 45 minutes for an oil change. This dealership seems to be disorganized. Too many people walking around doing I don't know what. I saw one of the chick that works there sitting on her desk and straightening her hair. Really? There were only 3 people manning service dept and some of them don't have their work shirt that you can't tell who to check in your vehicle. Will not come back here again granted service was fast and $25 with coupon for an oil change.
I went to Allen Samuels Dealership today it pick up some parts. I was very impressed. Very clean, people actually try to help you. Might actually give them a try for my next oil change since they are only 4 miles away.
Allen Samuels - is ok, just check their work before leaving. Lefts my air sensors off. Got a mile away and my check engine light came on and jeep went in to "limp home mode". Not fun when your on 35 and then have to turn around and get back on 35 at 35 mph.
Meador - liars! Don't recommend at all. Vehicle sits all day for service and they call you back six hours later and tell you they can't get to it today, though you drop it off and they say 45 min to an hour. Service manager also lies. Salesman there also lie.
Roger Williams - worse than meador.
Moritz - Rocks! Couldn't be happier with them. They are inconvenient and out of the way but they treat their customers rights and I will buy my next jeep from there. Can't say enough about how good they are.
Axios... Then again, I wouldn't feel the way I do if I were.
Don't walk, RUN away from Clear Lake Chr/jeep/dodge in houston. Worst service department I have ever dealt with. They are rude, almost deliberately rude. They find a way to take hours on an oil change, tire rot, and car wash. Then when I pick up my vehicle it's not even clean, tires make strange noise and still rude. Last chance came and went.
I need to take my "Lucy" in for some warranty work on her heater (primarily). It is hard enough for me to leave her...but I especially do not want to leave her in the incapable hands of just any service department. This is the first time I have had to take her in...and would love some feedback about reputable service departments in Houston or the surrounding areas. With cooler weather coming...I need to get on the ball. Thanks in advance!!
