There's a good one in Harlingen I found a few weeks ago. I'm not familiar with the area bc I'm from Brownsville, but I was going to a walking trail park and found it on my way.

I'm going to have to check out Harlingen. Honestly I'm going to go all around the Valley and make my own trails!! That's what a Wrangler is suppose to do...

Lol. I'll be making trails here in McAllen/Edinburg area! I've been to East Cut in North South Padre Island and put the Jeep to the test. It worked great!

Until you reach the jetties about 45 minutes to an hour. I went at night my first time and it was pitch black! All my lights were on off roading in the sand. It was awesome.

It's great a lot of off roading there. Put your wrangler to the real sand test! I fish a lot and that's my preferred destination. Its The reason I got a jeep wrangler

After the road ends you travel in the east side and go 30--40 minutes north till you reach the jetties and that's were the trails start.

The Bay Area or the beach side? Isn't there a nude beach further in?

Just went to the Island all the way to the nude beach. The sand was extremely loose, did really put the jeep to the test.

Yes sir! A little more north and you get to the jetties and that's where the trails are! It's a lot of fun. Best place for off roading in the RGV

That's a sick jeep! I work on the island so I'm here most of the time. I just snapped this photo about 2 days ago on the Bay Side Access next to the convention center.

Thanks I have a Rough Country 4" lift with Bf Goodrich KM2 Pizza Cutters (33x10.50x15). I plan on revamping my whole suspension system in the future which I'll be going with BDS springs, Bilstein 5100 shocks, with some Currie JJ adj. control arms. But first thing's first, I need to order my SYE soon so I can remove the tc drop and other minor things.

Sold some tow hooks to this guy that had the same year model jeep as yours and said he did the same thing. Sounds bad ass to me.
