I know it's early but lets start planning our Feb get together. Any ideas? We were on NW side last and N side before that and NE before that. Lets try and keep moving so we attract more members.

Hello everyone, I am new to the Jeep world and am addicted like crazy. I purchased my Jeep this past October, it is a 2007 manual 6 speed. The day i bought it, I couldnt even drive it, my husband test drove and drove it home, it took me until November to finally be comfortable driving it on my own. I love it. I always wanted a Jeep, and if I ever got one, it would be stick. My Jeep is all stock, lame I know, but i still want to hit some 'bunny slope' trails at least. I am in San Antonio and wonder if any of you all know of places to go, just to have a little fun. Thanks in Advance.

There are several places close by. Welcome to the addiction of jeep and to the group. We have meetings (actually meet ups to hang out) the 1st Saturday of the month. Please come out NS meet some of us locals. Also, there is a camping/wheeling trip to Hidden Falls to do some wheeling. They have trails for every level of rig. You'd be surprised what a stock JK can do.

Sounds cool. I have seen their website and it looks pretty awesome. The most fun I have had in my jeep is riding the ditch/field behind the mother in laws house and splashing in puddles when we are lucky enough to get rain. Can't wait to see what more she can do.

How about the Hooters off of 281 for our next meeting? Fairly central location and plenty of parking.

I have had request las for Hooters at 281/Bitters. I agree that we had one in the central area in some time. There will be plenty if parking as well. So lets meet there. Meeting is February 2nd at 6:30. Please indicate if you can make it.

Did you set your springs into the spring rests aligned correctly? If not you may hear the springs binding and moving

Could be your control arms are not properly connected. I had an issue with one of mine and it was making a clicking sound when going over bumps. Once I realigned it, the noise went away
