Hey guys I just was kicking around an Idea.... :wavey:I'd like to know what you guys think? :wavey:
You all know Jeep Exclusive in Amarillo & Lubbock host the Palo Duro Jeep Jamboree and the Palo Duro Challenge....
In Llano Tony Winkler told you how Jeep Exclusive spun off...
San Antonio Jeep Exclusive, the Host/Guide club for the old YO Ranch Jeep Jamboree Mountain Home, TX and now the Spring & Fall Texas Spur at the Inks Ranch in Texas.
Three years ago S.A.J.E. spun off Austin Jeep Exclusive who has helped to develop Guide/Host a few other trails most recently the Stillwater Ranch in Llano very different from the.Inks Ranch less then 10 miles apart.
I want to know what you guys think about forming our own Jeep Exclusive.
We can use the same bylaws the Other Three Clubs use....
Name Ideas:
Here is what I'm thinking:
I have access to 36,000 acres in McCamie only 1 hour away
The Sand hills in Monahans is also 1 hour away
TMTC is developing a property in Ozona 2 Hours Away Year Round
We are only 3 hours from Katemcey March - October
We are only 4 Hours from the Amarillo JJUSA and the P.D. Challenge May / September
We are 4 1/2 from the Inks Ranch and Stillwater in Llano March / September
We are 5 hours from Big Bend or Las Cruses (Chile Challenge) FEB
Not to mention Barnwell HOV just outside DFW, Disney OK and Clayton OK just over six hours away
We can run JJUSA events together we have friends with Amarillo, San Antonio and Austin as well as Lone Star Jeep Club in the DFW area and SWFWDA.
We have the WF, JeepTales.com & www.JPFreek as ways to draw members. and we could get involved with TMTC on the Ozona Project.
All of us love to wheel but none of us get to get out enough.
As much as I hate to say it; we could partner with Lithia Jeep in Midland & Odessa to find members and that Jeep Stores in Crane & Monahans for new members.
I'm just brainstorming here... Help me out guys.
Who knows perhaps we could bring the Jeep Wave back to West Texas
The three JE clubs meet once a month for a Biz Meeting and once a month for a social at a Sonic Hooters or somewhere like that.
West Texas is a big place we would probably draw members from as far away as El Paso or Las Cruses
You never know if we play our cards right perhaps we could someday have our own JJUSA area event or a Mark Smith Event.
