YJ Duster Cover Issue

i just bought a duster deck cover off of ebay and it wont fit my yj turns out the dang thing is for a 92 to 95 jeep and fits with the soft top hardware and wont fit my 87 yj soooo i am wondering if anyone has tried rigging one of these to fit a yj with the hard top software if not then i would like to sell it or trade it for one that will fit my jeep without having to have the soft top hardware

The 92 to 95 tonneau is made for the family style rollbar, you have the sports bar(unless someone has changed it). the holes for the rear bars are in diffrent places on the tonneau.
You have to have the rear soft top rails on the tub ,and the tailgate bar, that is how the tonneau attatches.

If you're creative you could make a solid cover out of diamond plate or similar that bolts to the top of the tub.

yup, your bars are your killer. other wise you could just sew velcro on like the pmartinez0007 has.
