I am a Newbster living south of Houston. We have a nice chunk of what we call a "beach" here, but I eventually want to find some good trial riding spots.

Hey, I'm a newbie from Midland Texas. I just bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a 4" lift on it. I REALLY wanna go put it through it's paces
hit some trails or climb some hills or whatever.
San Angelo is sounding pretty fun. Anyone have directions & a little info on where in San Angelo to go??

I used to have an '89 wrangler and last summer I had a '78 CJ5 but traded it to a friend.
Here's the new Jeep I'm lovin' it.

Do you go to the drive-in near Ennis? I like the envious stares when I go.

That place kicks butt We used to drive the 30 minutes out of Dallas just to go there.

We keep talking about moving to Midlothian. Mansfield is a lot bigger than it was when we moved here about 9 years ago.

I just bought an 01 Wrangler (60th anniv. edition).

I wish I knew of a place period. Sadly this is my first 4x4...I know nothing

I've been an avid racer on blacktop (drag in the past, and more recently I've been autox'ing my lotus). But this is my first venture to the dirt/rock/mud....

Ok all you new comers to Texas, especially those in the D/FW area. Be sure to check out Lone Star Jeep Club. Excellent group of people for you to get your Jeep on with. We have lots of club runs, and numerous weekend cruise ins at the area sonics and other joints in the metro area.
