Is this event open to members of a certain club only? I'm very interested but I've never been to a Wheeling for the Wounded get together before.

This event is open to all. We have raised on average 6k a year to donate to specific charities. The event is meant to bring offroaders together for a good cause. We are open to all vehicles and will offer some guided trail runs to those that have not been to Disney or are novice drivers as well.
There will be a raffle and poker run on Saturday. So far we have a couple of winches, led lights, coleman steel coolers, tow straps and jacks to giveaway. More items are rolling in each week.
Please post up if you would like to donate an item for the raffle.

No sign up required ahead of time unless you mean for the guided group. If you want to be in that group just let me know.
The event registration will be friday night and sat morning. We will be selling raffle tickets, poker run, and food tickets on site. Pre-order your shirt to have it at the event. We will have a limited number of shirts for sale on day of the event.

Had to make a few changes to the event.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided by Disney city hall 6$/7$ tickets respectively.
We will have 2 winches for the raffle and 1 for the poker run. We have Rigid lights, Coleman ice chests etc, etc. Lots of good giveaway items available for the raffle. If you would like to donate an item, simply post up here or PM me for more info.
The guided runs will be setup to provide people that are new to the area or are novice/stock jeepers to get a chance to get familiar with this great wheeling area. Please post up here if you would like to be in one of the groups. We have plenty of guides available from the Tulsa club and will make room for as many as needed.
If you are traveling alone for this event, no worries. Simply hop in line with similar built jeeps and run with them

Not a problem.
For guided runs, just be a registration a little early on Sat and let someone at the table know. We should have plenty of room in the 2 groups now and will make more if we need to. The guided runs will be in the morning and can continue in the afternoon as part of the poker run as well. The guides will be part of Tulsa offroad and OKJT.

4 state parks right there. Cherokee state park has Lakeside, Riverside and grandview. Also Little Blue state park and then there is tent camping at the 2nd spillway. Also Hogan's has spots available. Riverside is a great Cherokee Area at Grand Lake State Park | TravelOK.com - Oklahoma's Official Travel & Tourism Site

The 5th annual event went off without a hitch. Great event and turnout. Friday night cookout on the top of rock garden was a big success with 100+ hot dogs going out and lots of people stopping by. Thanks to all those that helped cook and serve as well as those that built our little pwt cooker. A little late night wheeling saw some interesting adventure in the woods and rock garden areas.

Big thanks to Christi and Max for manning the table all day and making things run like clockwork. The guided run was a success. Thanks to Jmac and Leslie for organizing that as well as those that were tailgunners. It appears that people had a good time and got to see the area. The poker run seemed to be a hit with people as well. Scott and Danny managed Little Blue, Roman and Gared at Waterfall, WooHoo and Lu at Viagra, Jim and Emily at 3 fingers. It was a lonely post atop the rock garden for the fat one as my assistant had taken the day off for sick leave. Sat night raffle was a big success. Lots of great gifts for those out there. It did seem that 1 guy got a lot of goodies. Couldn't shake that bag up enough. Big thanks to Gary for opening with appreciation for the armed forces and Leslie for being the MC of the night. There may be a few people or things I forgot to mention. Please post up if you have something you want to say or someone you would like to thank. Post up pics and videos as well.

Lastly, thanks to all those that attended and made this a succesful event. Without you it wouldn't work. The $ hasn't been fully counted and there are still 1-2 things to take care of before announcing the totals.
See you on the trails - Fatty.
