Auxiliary Light Laws

Does anyone know Oklahoma's laws/regulations for auxiliary lights?

my neighbor has a dodge ram and got put over when his fog lights were on and it wasnt foggy and got a ticket. i use mine when im in the country and passed a couple cops and didnt get pulled over, i might have just got lucky but i know it is ilegal to have fog light on when its not foggy

But what about windshield, roof mounted, etc.?
