Awesome! I used to hunt hogs down there about five years ago. I didn't have a Jeep at the time. Sure wish I did though because there's a lot of great trails there! I just moved back to Oklahoma and bought a Jeep. I'll be making my way down to Love Valley this fall to see if I can't rustle up a hog or two. Mostly though, I'll just be there to drive my Jeep around. I live in Edmond, BTW.

Wow that's cool dude. I hog and deer hunt here all the time. That is the reason I bought my little "retirement Jeep". I have owned lots of other 4x4's but nothing compared with the local Jeep guys who could go literally anywhere.
Keep me in mind when ya come down and maybe I can put you on some hot hog sign. Bow season starts up in Oct. so that is when I plan to get after em hard. Been seein some nice bucks and several does on my evening treks. And coulda shot a nice hog a couple of evenings ago but the wife wouldn't let me shoot cause she didn't want to help clean the dang thing.

In response to wondering where people are, There are a couple clubs I know of in the tulsa and okc area, members are very active on the Facebook group pages. Look for jeepers anonymous if you're close to tulsa or red dirt jeeps if you're near yukon/okc.

I used to have the guys at Longhorn do all my serious work on my skooters. But since I have become disabled and health issues I cannot do much of the work myself, and being on a very fixed income (SS). I really can't afford their $30.00-$40.00 bucks an hour to have the old girl put back in running condition just so that I can sell her ( She has sat in the shop and not ridden or started in 3 years. ie. dead battery, carb work.)

Wow, Its been ten whole days without a peep from this crowd. Did OK fall off the world and no one told me? Been doing lots of scouting lately trying out my new hunting rig. Wife loves is so far as it gives her a nice steady platform for the video camera and we can both lay back with almost all the comforts of home too. She was really glad yesterday afternoon. We had been seeing a good sized group of wild hogs every evening for the last few so we decided to park our rig in the shadows so she could get some video. As luck would have it though the hogs came out right where we parked. We were suddenly confronted with this whole pack of hogs less than 5-10 yards from us. About the same time one of our neighbors was making the square checking his cattle passed right by us and the hogs vanished back into the woods again. Kinda nervous for the first few minutes as we transferred ourselves from the camper back into the Jeep. If you think she looks good here you should see her all decked out in her camo.

Good luck on the 4 wheeler buddy. I just got my old sportster out of the shop and the new owner is supposed to pick her up on the 8th. Have to get together sometime and harvest some of that free pork.
