You're right. It's tucks ferry. Saw a couple of "hog campers" on my way down there, but I didn't see your jeep.

You passed right by my place then. I live at the crossroads with the mini horses? The wife said she saw ur Jeep yesterday. We were in the back yard workin on my new rolling ground blind. Jeep was parked in back yard too. lol. We have been busy fabricating a roof rack on the camper for transporting my 12 ft fishing boat or ladder stands when archery season opens. The game warden did tell me though that with my handicap status I can legally hunt right out the back of the camper and not violate motor vehicle laws as long as Jeep is not moving.

Bow hunting from a moving vehicle is beyond my skill level. I can't even spit from one. Always blows back in...

I didn't do much while I was down there. Walked around, picked up some trash. I ran one trail farther up the road but there was a tree about windshield high across the trail, so I turned back.

There are several trails in that place. Some are open and some have fallen into disrepair due to locals mainly allowing them to become impassable. We used to have a group of locals that would do some repair work. I don't try to choot deers from a moving Jeep. LMAO.

Thanks!

It has a hardtop and doors. It even had AC but I pulled it out to install a Painless wiring harness. The body is in pretty good original condition. I put a new set of American Racing wheels and Wrangler Dura Trac tires on it. I don't have the money, time, or inclination to make it a rock crawler or mudder. It's just a fun cruiser and that's how I plan to keep it.

Rode a poker run today. Ardmore to Davis, Ratliff city, ringling, then back to Ardmore. Didn't seem very far but it wore me out. I must be getting old. Saw sum jeeps tho. So it wasn't a total loss.

Yeah, I know what ya mean. I am headin to town to fill her up and go scouting for some likely hunting spots since archery season opens in about ten days. That way the ole lady wont be too mad when she sees all the mud.
