I obviously know about Disney (awesome spot) but is there anywhere else at the moment to take a Jeep out and have some fun? I live in Broken Arrow by Tulsa and looking for a spot that isn't flooded by the rains we've had lately. We went to a spot out by Fort Gibson that we've been to before and it's flooded and probably won't be accessible for quite some time.
If you know any cool spots let me know! Thank you!!
Keystone right below the dam has a few things, good for an hour or two. Lots of sand, but still has a few spots that are high enough to stay out of the water. Lots of it is under right now too.
We were there yesterday with some other folks that don't mind getting dirty.
I know this is an old post, but just in case anyone else is curious
Camp Gruber
Robbers Cave
Crossbar
Green Acres
The first two are pretty easy, trails with a few rocks. Third is trails with a few more rocks, steep inclines, creek beds and a fun rock face. The last is real deal, trails with big rocks.
Anyone that hasn't been to Disney lately, should go. Its different now, after the floods earlier this year. What may've been an easy trail now might have large washouts and V notches.
