Shouting Out for Some OKC area Locals

Greetings! I really would like to run a trail maybe this summer with my son (he has a Wrangler too). Only problem is he is in Cleveland and I am in Phoenix lol. So I tried to find a halfway point to meet and it looks like somewhere an hour or so outside OKC is it. Are there any decent trails in the area give or take? Not looking to roll a Jeep since we both need to get home, so something on the easy level just a bit above pleasure cruise gravel road. Anything like that in your area? Any Jeep clubs that are active to hook up with for company? If we decide to do it I will definitely be honored if some of you more experienced locals would run with us-my son has done a bit of offroad but I am a newb. My trails here are mostly well rocks lol. What is the terrain there? From what I remember my last time to Oklahoma some years back where I went was pretty flat. Again I am not certain yet when or if, but exploring options. Mucho thanks!

There are some. Look up Red Dirt Jeeps on facebook. It's a huge group of jeepers in Oklahoma.

Red River New Mexico would be about 1/2 way ….
