Damn, the entire gang is going to this. I really need Amanda to have that baby the weekend before this. I know what will happen, I'll stay home and she won't have it for the following two weeks

Well a day on the trail would surely put her in labor, haha. "Is there a Dr. in the house?" Would be the new joke on the CB's

Looks like we are getting a good list of members attending already. So, this should be a good time to see who wishes to do what level of trail. I will have at least one moderate trail, and two to three difficult trails, depending on number of attendees. If you are new to the fun, don't worry about your Jeep not being able to handle a moderat trail in stock form. I found out on the first event I attended, that a stock Jeep can handle a lot more than you may think. Don't worry, we wont leave anyone on the trail to be coyote bait, everyone gets off the trail.

I will ask again for volunteers to help lead trails and will allow the trail leaders to set a group size limit. Please remember that all rigs have a few requirements that are mentioned in the first post. The more difficult the trail, the more important these requirements are. A couple of trail leaders may ask for additional requirements of tire size or a locker. Please make sure your Jeep is up to the standard of the run you wish to join.

The main runs will be on Saturday August 2 and will be for the most part, all day events. Please remember to pack a lunch and plenty of water, soda etc. Friday evening and Sunday runs may be avaliable also, depending on interest of our Jeep family.

So, if anyone has any questions, please feel free to either post up or PM me and myself or another member who has attended these events in the past will be able to assist you. Thank you everyone for all the interest in my bi annual events.

Jeff

Sounds like you may have done Dishpan more recently than me, are you up for leading it?

Jeff, I would volunteer to lead a group through Dishpan but it's been so long that I'd have to rely on my GPS so I'd do so if needed but only as a backup.

Or if not BillG, does anyone else know Dishpan Springs well enough to take the lead?

Jerry we did dishpan with Bill and Dan last year at the big bear meet and greet. You were present also .

But that does sound like a good run Bill!

Oh ok yeah, that's when it rained on us. It was funny to see some Jeeps with no tops on with the passengers holding umbrellas up over the front seats lol! Fun trail, yep let's do that one again!

The past Couple of Meet n Greets in Big Bear seemed to have a mild rain curse. I am good with that. Keeps the dust down, haha. Jeff
