I just got home myself, what a great weekend with a great bunch of people... any of whom I'd happily wheel again with anytime. I'm too pooped to even unload right now, I'm collapsed in my chair. It was a very fun trip and you can bet I'll be on the next one. And that we all pretty much won something last night from the poker run was really cool too. Thank you all for a really fun weekend, I hope I can talk my wife into making the next one!

Had a blast with you all!! I'm looking forward to the next one. I learned a lot and got to use my Jeep for what I built it for. Thanks for all the hard work and logistics that were involved with putting this together, Tiny, Ccain, and Unlimited. I can't wait to see all the pics we took!

And a huge THANK YOU to Brian for adding the Mastercraft Grab Handles to the prize list, and to Rob for winning them and then donating them to me!! Thanks guys, they're going in the Jeep as soon as I get that thing cleaned up!!!!!!!!

Rob, I'll let you know when I'm ready for the Rubicon and we'll have to meet up your way and hit up that trail!

The pics start here...

OK gang... Well, I only took pics up to the "squeeze". I guess I just got too wrapped up in the trails to be able to fiddle with the camera and take any pics that weren't blurry! But no worries, there were plenty of cameras on the trail. I can't wait to see everyone's pics!

We claim this land in the name of Wrangler Forum!

Thar be Pirates here!

Bo Duke...er, um... I mean tiny climbin' into her rig, Duke Boys style.

Lined up at the first obstacle.

Brian and the squeeze... Plenty of room.

Everyone made the squeeze look easy. I have to tell ya, it was my first trip through it and I was holding my breath!

Not much room for error.

OK, that's where I quit taking pics. But....

I can't resist some poser pics!

What a great time everyone. I just got done unloading everything and cleaning the Jeep. Now she looks like she never went there. Well, besides the scraped plastic running board. Everyone was great and I wish to say "Thank you", for all your patience and advice with a Jeeper still wet behind the ears.

Here are a few pics of the camp. My batteries didn't have enough juice to take any pics on the trail, but I had fresh batts in camp. Sorry, no action shots, but as Ccain said, there were plenty of shutters snapping on this trip, so there will be lots to look at in subsequent posts!!

Tiny, Ccain, Unlimited, Turdhurdler, Cavediverjc, 4point.

Stevens243 and JerryBransford

Another group Jeep shot....

You and your YJ did a great job out there yesterday, Jeff. Remember, it went places where that broken down $60k H2 Hummer couldn't go!!

I was more nervous about going around that Hummer than most of the trails made me. The last thing I wanted to do was slide off the rock into him and scuff up my pride and joy. haha.

Yeah, the Hummer guy had a giant slice of humble pie when a convoy of Jeeps passed his broken down H2!!! It made me smile. $60k can buy you a lot of pretty heated leather seats, but it won't buy you tie tod that's worth a crap offroad!!! I REALLY hope someone got some pics of that broken Hummer!!!! Jeeps rule, H2s suck. End of story.

Hey gang, Debbie and I are home, safe, truck and jeep unpacked. Jeep cleaned and just outta the shower.

Pix are going up on my google pix site shortly, so I'll have a post up in about an hour or so.

We had a GREAT weekend! A great group and Deb and I had an absolute blast! I will go offroading with any of you again!

Brian, thank you for all the effort! I know it was a lot of work and we appreciated it! Same goes for Chris and Chris!

Jack, I didn't read you're post until just now, but I accidentally had like 3 beers for you last night. It was the last three I shouldn't have had!

I kinda feel bad for the guy with the broken Hummer. His whole family was there, super sunburned, no real protection from the heat and probably no water to keep the family cool. I did not think to offer till later and not sure if someone did ask if he needed anything to drink.

On the side note, I wonder if he is still out there?

Don't worry, I asked 3 times if they had enough water to go around. I offered water, but they said they had plenty. What they didn't have plenty of was sense enough not to take a bling bling 20" shod H2 on a trail where it didn't belong.

Hey before you all get crazy posting pics, start a new thread out on the normal trail section so that everyone can see all the pics from the WF Events more centrally located.
