Anyone going to Big Bear today for the Jamboree?

I'll be leaving the San Diego area today around 1pm.

We were in 'Green' group. This is Justin from the Commando Green 4-door. Great weekend, though my Jeep is in the shop right now since the rear locker never unlocked. Hopefully they'll get me back on the road soon.

I posted some photos, including one of you, here:

The '43 Willys was in our Green group on Friday and then switched to another group for Saturday.

Hi Justin and Joanna!

Great pics - especially the ones of that Anvil Rubicon!

Bummers about your rear locker.

You were stock ride height, right? How many times did you use those rock rails? Our rails and skid plates were well used/abused even with a 2.5" lift. Joanna even managed to put our front diff on rock. Looks like upgraded diff covers are in my future.

Yup, stock height.

Only hit the rails a couple times; once the first day and two or three times on Saturday. I was following Ua most of the day Saturday so he showed me the best lines to take.

Scraped the front pumpkin once, just a little, coming down a hill over some rocks.

Got a few good scrapes on my hardtop from some of those tight turns when we were headed to the Squeeze.
