Pies are great. If no one grabs the firestick, I am interested as my antenna does not get that great of reception that the firestick that I lost did.

I am planning on hitting the road at 9am, everything (I hope) is packed and ready to go. I hope to be at the campsite around 12 or 1 and try to scope out a nice area for all of us.

Some of us will be up late Friday, so feel free to come on by and say "Hi".

I am very excited about this event, I just hope that I can sleep tonight, haha.

Jeff

I think I will miss the convoy, but should be able to grab a nice section of campsites for our group. Looking forward to seeing ya again and meeting new members.

No worries Jeff, I'll let the rest of the group know the plan. I am also looking forward to this. This meet and greet is gonna be a big one.

Great... I'll pack it up in the Jeep and you can have it. Definitely looking forward to meeting everyone... This is all I've been thinking about for the past week and a half or so.

I'll try to find the campground at night.. Oh, from the map it looks like the camp will be on the east side of the road, is that right? I'll will give you guys a shout on channel 27 when I'm in the area.

yummy! Sounds good! KTM, My apologies I didnt realize there was a second thread going on regarding this meet and greet. so if anyone mentioned food there also I didnt see it. I only read this one! Things can get confusing after awhile! But now it's just time to get some sleep and rest up for the morning! (which is what I should be doing right now! ugh 1:11am! YIKES! gotta stop playing Farmville!!!! ---can I make it through an entire weekend without Facebook? we shall see......) Any questions you can reach me or Jeff at 951-332-1712. We'll have our CBs running but not sure yet if he mentioned which channel. I'll ask him in the early morning. I think we'll be up no later than 8am! Sweet Dreams, Y'all!

If anyone has an SWR meter, be sure to bring it since it appears there are several antenna projects that will be happening this weekend that will need one. Mine was in my last Jeep that was stolen and I haven't yet bought another.
