Make sure its right. Pull your lower c/o mounts and cycle it for measurements for another shop to lengthen it. I have the same EVO setup takes 10 min do the lower mounts. Not worth the hassle on the trail not to.
If he got it done in paramount then it's the same joint.

I found the shop that does his driveshafts and they said they could work with me a little bit but it's still gonna be a little over $100 to fix it.

I'm gettin tired of taking these damn tires on & off!!

I got collapsed, full droop and ride height lengths that's exactly what they asked for so I should be good.

I just wanna get it dirty already!! All this new stuff underneath is way too shiny

Haha, yeah I hear ya. Good luck, man. A whole lot easier than trying to slip that sucker back together the first good flex you put on it.

Probably the same vendor, different shop. I just couldnt believe the shop didnt check after the c/o install at the same time, on my buds rig. From dealings with the shop, I know why now. I couldnt believe the shop boned him a second time to r&r and send it back to the vendor when it wasn't right the first time.

Today I picked up my drive shaft from Powertrain solutions and after a short conversation about my repairs and the shaft itself AND my "un repairable" previous shaft I left an EXTREMELY pissed off man. But happy with the work PS did.

Just to clear up a few things. Powertrain solutions DOES NOT supply jeep solutions with new drive shafts, they do repairs for them and They mainly use there Whittier location.

When I asked about the shaft being one of there's the guys reply was "hell no, we wouldn't build a shaft like this with such cheap parts"

This is the part that really chapped my ass... BIG TIME!!

Just for shits and giggles I decided to bring my old shaft that Jim told me was "un repairable" and asked him if it could be fixed, after a quick once over.... His reply was "yeah, bout 250 cause it needs new splines"

So here I am... $630 into a CHEAP CHINA SHIT MADE driveshaft with and I quote "maybe $80 in parts, plus tubing" from a man that LIED to me about my old shaft being un repairable and couldn't order the right fucking size shaft when he had all the measurements he needed... Then told me I'm the one that has to pay to get it lengthened..

I hope you read this you POS... And lord have mercy if I ever see you alone in a dark alley.

And anybody looking for a GOOD drive line shop in the area... Powertrain industries in Gardena is Awesome!!! Serg is an extremely nice guy, knows his shit and uses only high quality Dana/Spicer products for a damn good price!

Yeah GG is the headquarters. The one in Gardena was close to work for me.
