Any jeep clubs in NorCal?

I'm near sacramento and it seems like all the clubs are down south.

Looked it up. They require too many things. You have to go to a certain amoung of meetings and trips. I don't want to be forced to do something unfortunatly. Anyone agree?

On the website of the California Association of 4WD Clubs, Inc., click on membership and then Clubs. There is a listing of 4x4 clubs in California broken down by Districts.

Most, if not all, will require meeting and trip requirements.

I've never been there to wheel but I used to shoot guns up there with my older brother. I didn't know there was trails up there. I've only been wheeling four times, all at this place called sterling point in loomis.

I think Norcaljeepers.com are mostly Sac area folks. I need to find the time and try and organize something!

Yeah it's mainly a place to shoot but there are some trails and some steep hills ruts etc. do you shoot out by the abandoned car up there?

Ohhh yeah. 100% money consuming but at the same time 100% awesome. I got hooked and I don't think there is anyway I will let myself become unhooked.

It's also awesome knowing there are other people in our area that want to enjoy the same stuff we do. Gosh this makes me want to go out and wheel!!!!!!!!!

I frequent the Roseville area quite often being from Reno.... and you all are welcome to check our 'club' HAHA!!! Just a bunch of enthusiasts who love to wheel anywhere... anytime...

No meetings... no dues.... no minimum number of trips.... just wheel when you can join us!!!

We have a few members that come from NORCAL to wheel....

http://www.reno4x4.com is where we hang our hats.... here is a few of last Sunday's trip to Cold Spring Trenches in North Reno..

This is me....

This is Bill and TJ ( They led the group of 25 rigs that day )

And a GREAT compilation.... about 3 minutes into it.... Jay slapped his sport cam on my TJ for my trench run

If you search RENO4X4 or RENO4X4.COM on YouTube.... you will see we do a lot of wheelin here! From mild to WILD!!!

Look us up!!!! More than welcome to join us on any given day for a run! Look under the TRAILS AND EVENTS section... We usually have a run at least once or twice a week and a few night ( and snow ) runs to make life interesting!

COME AWN!!!!

I know what you mean haha. I go that way when I travel with family to Eagle Lake. I quickly get lost from our "caravan" when going up hills. My brothers always calls me, worried, saying "where are you?" And I always say "I'm pushin! I'm trying!" Gotta love a jeep.
