I havent been up there before, there is quite a bit of trails in between LA and SD also a lot just east of me and a bit north east. Actually taking a camping trip out there next weekend to explore some of them
I'll be working/stationed at the Coast Guard base on the Southwest side of San Pedro. I'm looking at living in the Long Beach/Seal Beach/Huntington Beach area. Hope to see you around. oh is there any good wheeling out there that's close? My TJ looks like a mall crawler, but I promise you it's not lol

haha me funny? never... okie okie I'm just getting started lol. But really, I'm pretty easy to get along with and am hoping to meet alot of Jeep peeps out there. I'm leaving this lovely city they call Detroit sometime in June, stopping back home in Colorado for a week or two, and will be in the area around the last week of June. I report to my new unit July 1st soooo definitely will be there before then. How'd you like Pedro? I looked at a few houses in that area, but people say don't live there haha. Where do you live... well work now?

Haha I just remembered u had a thread about this n I was one of The ones who told u to stay away from San Pedro.
I'm serious tho..... Stay away from Pedro. Everything I said on your thread is true n others agreed haha
I'm like 18 miles away from Pedro now.
Yes, I noticed..I think for the most part, the wives "tolerate" the sport. As long as they're happy hanging out at camp, I guess that's all you can ask for right? I've learned I can't even date anyone who doesn't like the sport. I'd never see him if he didn't "get it" with my Jeep obsession and wheeling. Probably why I'm still single after all these years :nonono:
Mine's a DD too...so I understand your concern....But, I have to wheel..and I love the hardcore stuff the most. unk: Just have to drop some money into upgrades so you have less of a chance of breaking. I've dropped some cash into mine, that's for sure..and worth every dime.
