Rain was nowhere in the forecast, but I was 5 minutes from home today when it started drizzling. A few miles away there was a big beautifully rainbow, which meant there's a lot more than drizzle close by. I park my Jeep in the driveway, so as soon as I got home I proceeded to put the top and doors back on as the drizzle turned to light rain, accompanied by lightning and thunder. I put the top on first, and as soon as I finished putting on the last window, it started pouring down heavily. I grabbed my rain coat from the back of the Jeep and finished putting the doors on in the pouring rain. Neighbors across the street sat on their front porch observing the entire event. It's a Jeep thing, y'all!! :)

I lived in San Diego for a while, ANY rain storm is a freak occurance. How many wrecks were there? I lived about 30 mins from base and everytime it rained there were at LEAST 5 wrecks on the way in.

:p Damn, I can't seem to mention that guy's screen name without some kind of pun to follow. Last weekend on the trail, I was leading and I stopped to make sure we were still all together, and when I got on the radio and said "Okay I see Uranus back there", someone replied "You mean Uranus is behind you?".
We nearly did more but refrained...
